Technical Support: VOD Image Not Available

The VODs for my last 3 private shows, on May 28 and 30, all show "Image Not Available" in place of the usual thumbnail. I expect that others may be having the same problem.
Here is a performer's VOD page with a number of examples (all on May 28):

Hope there is a simple across-the-board fix.

I've had two shows on the 28th, where I noticed some trouble. I received them with quite a delay and they had no image. But they both have an image by now.
I had another show yesterday, that does not yet show an image ...
So yes, there is definitely something (not) going on. Quote

Further observation: the show from the 30th still has no image.
For both of the shows from the 28th ... the images disappear on hovering over them ?!?! But they are recovered when I refresh ... Strange

Here is a performer's VOD page with a number of examples (all on May 28):

I see that this page now includes examples on May 29, 30 and 31. Currently 19 in all. It spoils the profile of this popular Bel Ami performer who is currently in the Top 20 here.
This continuing error doesn't look good for the site. I am sure it will be increasingly irritating to members who don't post here if it is not fixed quickly.

FYI, another data point: This has started showing up in the daily VODs from the VIP page with about 20% of the ones from May 28 indicating "No Image Available"

Today's Daily VOD page has no fewer than 34 of the "No Image Availab'e" indications! If I click on one of those VODs anyway, and play it, the video will play normally. It just seems that the BEGINNING of it is blank.

I am havng the same problem with the thumbnails. I sent a message including a sceenshot to customer service 3 days ago. I have received no response and recently sent it again. I am reconsidering keeping the VIP membership.

Good to see progress is now being made. There are now images for the VODs which I mentioned at post #1 (my own, and all those with a May date on the performer VOD page).
Looks as if the earlier VODs are being fixed first. Hope this process can be completed quickly, as hundreds of members will have experienced this problem with their own VODs. Not just the few who have been good enough to take the time to post here.

Yup, the VODs I mentioned following ronnie's first observation are fixed, but a show from today isn't, but I am not too worried about this
