This still happening with me, last 4 privates continually buffering without progressing to video. All previous privates work as before. Getting frustrating.

1. Backlog. Importing all of the backlogged recordings is almost complete, we hope to have that done today/tomorrow.
2. Images. The system is reprocessing thumbnail images for any that were broken, this should get caught up quickly.
3. Unable to Play. Some of these were caused by a file naming issue which should be addressed if it isn't already. There are a handful of about 1,500 videos out of 90,000 that were backlogged which were lost during the processing. Once these are identified they will be removed from the archive.
Will post more updates when we have them.
