Sorry VS but...Do we really need to see "UTC - 5:00" in every post, every topic and all of the forum lists?
This would be more informative for all by actually reflecting the GMT zone it was in fact written. This would help many of us who ponder whether something was written during daylight or not.

For people, who can add numbers in their heads, and look up how many hours difference there are between provinces, countries, and cities, then there shouldn't be any problems, and issues, with knowing them.
