Technical Support: VODs
Why are all the complaints being ignored and no response as to why you won't fix this problem? This is unacceptable. We pay for a service and you do not deliver. Just so there is no misunderstanding, the VODs will not load. This was first reported in a thread on 3/7/2017 and here it is 4/3/2017 and still not resolved!!!

I know I might have more patience with this problem if you were at least addressing our complaints. Things happen, but you could at least keep us informed.

We are currently escalating this to the top of our list of issues to resolve. If you have screenshots and/or URLs of VODs that aren't loading, please send them to customerservice@vsmedia.com. We apologize this issue has persisted but assure you that it is now a priority. Any feedback about a specific video that will not load is appreciated.

Thanks for looking into this. Earlier today, when I was checking out the Daily VODs (on both the Guys and the Girls side of the site), NOTHING was working. It wasn't just a matter of an individual video here or there. I would click on a cover-photo, and the video would open with the usual "control"-buttons. I would click on the "play"-control and, after a moment or so, it would stop and show me the controls again. When I would click again, I would get the little "spinning wheel" for a few moments, and then the notice that the video could not be found on the server! This was happening on ALL the Daily VODs.
Later today, this seems to be fixed, and I can now view the Daily VODs.

What is the current situation for VOD availability? We have been doing a big upgrade on our servers and it has led to some problems. I'm testing right now and am unable to duplicate an issue with individual private shows.
If the issue is persisting, can you provide some links to individual shows that aren't playing? Please send them to customerservice@vsmedia.com, Attn: Jason. Then I can forward it to our developers to try to pinpoint the issue. Quote
