Technical Support: no rooms working
i cannot enter any of the model's rooms. Earlier the web site was not working at all.

I have also been having problems with no sound when I enter rooms - for all models. The site is not working properly. When I roll the mouse over the models icon, I get sound but when I enter the room there is no sound.

Have you checked whether the speaker icon in the bottom left corner of the video feed is not X'd? Perhaps you muted one model's sound for some reason and did not un-mute it? Or muted the model accidentally? If you mute one model, the mute remains in place when you enter another model's chat room.
