Technical Support: Cannot Start A Private Show

After today's interrupted service, I am getting the following message when trying to start a private show. The interruption happened right in the middle of another private show.
Your can't start a show because you started a paid show elsewhere.
I copied and pasted the message in the red window, mistake included.
