Technical Support: VOD Order?
The VODs used to be in order from newest to oldest. Now it seems to be random. Will that be fixed? It's very user unfriendly.

You know you can change that by date, right? Just look at your available buttons.

Talking about under specific models. The videos on the models' VOD pages are in no real order and can't be reorganized.

Yes, we will be making an adjustment so that you can view the videos in chronological order. It won’t happen instantly, but we will get to it.

It really wasn't at all "broke" before you "fixed" it. Very frustrating now...

Has this issue been changed yet to make the VODs chronological. In addition the date does not show unless a video page is visited then hit the back button. I'd like to find a specific VOD. i'm new to the site and may not see a way to sort. Could someone let me know if this is a user error or a tech issue?

Not yet. We have been working on other pages recently. This should be adjusted before the holiday.
