I am having difficult redeeming the offer for a discount purchase. When I go to the Account Management page to purchase credits, it show a bar chart with a discount offer and a promo code. When the code is entered at point of purchase the page has a pop-up saying that the promo code is invalid. Very strange.

I think that promo was leftover from Christmas. When mine appeared this morning the bar is where I left it after the Christmas promo was over and since I tipped, the bar hasn't moved.

I've had the same problem with the promo codes. They don't always work. Note, some of the promo codes are only valid if you:
a) buy credits over a certain value
b) if you are a VIP member Quote
