what happened to screen names, we are allowed 10 i cant only get 5 to work.also the the custom screen name option has been removed from the change names drop down option under change names.Ps. one more thing some emoji`s don`t work any more, clapping, guy jerking. etc.is this the site doing this or just my experience? Same sort of thing happened to me, was due to billing problems (when given refund for duplicate billng lost VIP status) had to contact customer sevice. Check your VIP is still active and contact customer service.
