Technical Support: More Trouble with VODs
For the second day in a row the VODs for March 7 are asking VIP members to pay. Please fix this problem and keep it from happening again. We are paying for a service we are not getting.

Looks like this was an issue adjusting for day light savings. We made an correction that should resolve the issue. Let us know if you continue to have issues. Quote

Still having the issue with VIP Daily VODs from March 8th!!
And ONLY 26 "guys"/120 "girls" VODs currently instead of usual 200!!
BTW, all the VOD-related pages with VOD thumbnails that were updated today from 3 VOD thumbnails per row to 4 per
row, are showing up with rows including gaps when the previous row includes VOD thumbnail with "100% thumbs-up"
indication. It seems the spacing is off and this pushes the "100% thumbs-up" and "eye"/view count into the next
row of VOD thumbnails causing the gaps in the next row. Your assistance in correcting this problem AND the errant
VIP Daily VOD problem would be most appreciated.
