Technical Support: Voting glitch on same server

Hey guys,
My wife and I try to vote daily for our favorite models. We both have separate accounts with different email, payment info, screen names, etc.
However, even though we're voting from different devices, we're at home using the same router.
When we vote from the same router, the 2nd set of votes gets deleted if it's for the same model.
For instance, if I vote for Andrei Karenin at 7 pm and she votes for Andrei Karenin at 8 pm then the 7 pm vote from my account will be recorded and the 8 pm vote from her account will be deleted.
We have found a work around by her voting from her phone using the LTE service. In that case all votes get recorded because it's not from the same router ... but now we have to use our phone plan data!
Please fix this router glitch. I don't want to have to become a hacker who gets a VPN and blah blah blah just so we both can vote. Quote
