Technical Support: Profiles say they have vids but they don't
I've noticed some model's bio pages say they have vids. But you click on it and get a message saying the model doesn't have any. Most recent one I saw Hillary Russo says she has 417 vids, but when I clicked on the link it said she doesn't have any vids available and try these other people. Seems misleading.
C from customer support says it is because she only has them to her original customers, I pointed out a model who I know has them restricted to her original customers and that it doesn't show the vids in her profile, nor in her room , like it does with Hillary and several others, and C said it was because the other model doesn't share with anyone even the original customer, which is false since as the original customer I have in my collection vids of my shows with that other model. You have something going where maybe you have multiple settings they need to click or something to fully hide instead of just partial hide from non original customers or perhaps to share with others. I think I have heard Hillary say she has Vids for sale, which would indicate she thinks they are available to people Quote

Thanks for responding, but I do think you have an issue going on and what you think is the settings is not accurate. I'm in Hillary's room right now and on the side is a link for the VOD's it shows 6 preveiws and a link to more. The link opens a new tab of her room, the vid pics say missing or invalid when clicked on. Ask her, she says she thinks you guys are working on doing something new with the VODs, but that she has been working hard at making her party and group show VODs available for people to get. As for the other model, I doubt every single one of her customers has marked them as not to share, and she has 0 available, even before I marked min as do not share (didn't know that was an option). Hillary just noticed the link to vids is no longer in her profile and she is hoping you are working on something as she has spent hours getting her vids prepped to share. and someone in her room said they could get to 21 pages of her vids. I would like to see her vids, but the reason I brought it up is there is clearly a glitch going on with your site and your explanations are not correct. All I wanted to do was help you out

Hillary might not be aware of her settings, so I went ahead and escalated this to the appropriate department so that a rep can reach out to her and assist her with her VOD settings. So having a link in the model's room that shows 6 previews of VODs which when clicked on take you to a "Invalid or missing recording ID." error and a link that says "more videos" but takes you back into the room, except for some people can get to those pages, is not a glitch Gotcha ;)

I am necro-posting to this thread as I may have a clue that may help resolve this issue regarding Hillary Russo's VODs. I used to have membership to Hillary's Fan Club and I was able to see several pages worth of available VODs from Hillary. Now that I do not have membership to Hillary's Fan Club, I do not see any listing of Hillary's VODs. I checked with other viewers who currently have membership to Hillary's Fan Club and they can still see several pages worth of available VODs from Hillary. I also checked with Hillary Russo herself. She said that her VODs should be available to everybody and not only to fan club members. She also said that she worked with technical support to try to resolve this issue in the past. She suggested that I contact technical support to tell you about my observations in the hope that it helps resolve this issue.
