Technical Support: Chat room is not visible when I go in a room
If i go in a room I see the chat when I log into the room and then it disappears...support gives me No solution they asked if a deleted cache and cookies what I did,but it's still the same....

Are still not able to see if you rotate the tablet or change the view mode (full screen) on the 3 dot icon in the send text area next to the send button? If you do have a screen shot it would be helpful as well so we can see the issue, browser and the type of Samsung you are using.
