Technical Support: Gifted Fan Club Membership
During the Easter Egg promo a performer was giving membership to their fan club if you gave them an egg. When I visit their profile page it shows I have membership for 30 days. After I log into the fan club and try to access any of the videos or photos I am told I must join the fan club; pay credits. What am I doing wrong or what is going on? Assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have more than one screen name? I found that the FC can be assigned to the screen name, but the default login would be in my base username. I entered the FC by using the screen name at login. Not sure if that's the issue, but maybe that will help.
