I renewed my VIP but you can supposed to give me 500 credit right but don't give you 150 how that work have a wonderful day now

Hello, There are two VIP packages available for reoccurring purchase. 1 for $39.95 per month, and 1 for $49.95 per month.
The $39.95 package deposits 150 credits in your account each billing cycle.

Hello shyasa18518, the VIP package you have is the standard $39.95 package which comes with 150 recurring credits. You did receive the 150 credits when your membership renewed. We currently do not have a VIP package that gives 500 recurring credits. Hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
