Technical Support: Full screen not available.
Hello, I use an iPad when traveling, but am not able to do full screen when logged into my account. I can when not logged in, but it does not respond when I log in. Is this just the way it is now, with the platform change? Very disappointing. Thank you.

Hello, you should be able to do full screen if you turn your iPad vertical.

Thank you. I am able to do full screen (by turning the iPad vertically), but only if i’m not logged into my account. When I log in, I see the icon to go to full screen, but it does not respond when clicked.

Can you tell me which video player you are using?
Down on the bottom click on the "..." icon next to the send input area a menu will pop up at the bottom and will have player options of "HLS" or "Nano", please try changing between the two and let me know if full screen works for one and not the other? Also are you using an iPad pro or regular iPad?
