Technical Support: Video Playback Issues
Hello,
I'm having video playback issues in model rooms. Sometimes the video is running fine for some time as long as 15-20 mins, but then it constantly plays and pauses. Sometimes I can get it working again by switching player or refreshing the page, but the problem reappears again and often refreshing the page doesn't solve it anyway. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
I have tried from different devices but have the same problem. The problem is not related to internet speed and it doesn't buffer, just play and then pauses. I would also add it's a new problem and before didn't have any video playback issues at all. Quote
