I was reviewing the North America regional contestants and noticed number 8, Sebastian Garcia. I believe he is from Cali Columbia and should be in the South America category.

So a similar question popped up last year on the VIP forum and long story short this summaries why a model was assigned to a specific region being questioned.
'The answer is it puts the model in the region based on their most recent IP. Sometimes we have models who have been traveling and ask us to update their region to match the region they want/should represent vs where they've been recently. If a model has an issue with their default region, they can contact our Broadcast Support team to have it adjusted.' Quote
