Technical Support: Recorded Shows Not Playing
Is anyone currently unable to play their recorded shows and if you have VIP status, unable to view the Daily VOD's? When I try watching either, they spool endlessly. The VIP Dailies will play the first 4 seconds before returning to spooling. I have emailed Customer Service and reported that I clean my cookies and cache. I have used different browsers but have the same results. I first noticed this problem a couple days ago.

I had that issue early morning a couple days ago, but seemed to be resolved later that afternoon. I haven't tried any this evening as I just got home from work.
