Technical Support: Is DM a VIP only feature?
I have never gotten a DM in the entire time I have been on this site. When a model messages me, it goes to the clunky Messages section of my account. I think DM would be better if it worked (and bring it on par with other platforms). But I just tried using it and no model name shows up in the results. I tried several. So is this a VIP only feature? or what am I missing here?

okay, thanks for confirming. Yeah you should reconsider having this feature behind a paywall as your competition offers it for free (more or less). At least have it so that a model can DM you to start a conversation, but you have to be VIP to start a DM with any model
