Technical Support: Model is online notifications not working
I am not being notified when one of my favorites is online. It used to work but not now.

Maybe check your email settings? Sometimes, for some reason, something happens to deactivate them. Also, maybe check to see if the emails are going into your spam folder?

I had an issue with that once, and I contacted "Live Support" chat and found that if you don't open your notification emails, but just delete them, they will eventually stop coming to email. I went to notifications and reset everything, changed to an old email address and next day changed back to my current email and after about 24-48 hours I started receiving them again.
