Video creation is an added perk of a show and can be purchased or viewed by VIP members for free. We make our best effort to record every paid show so that you can enjoy it again at a later date. Below are some reasons a show may not be available. We will also reach out to you directly for some further information. So please keep an eye out for an email from us shortly. CC

1. The performer requested that the show not be made available.
2. There was an error in the recording process and/or the file was corrupted during transfer.
3. Not all shows are recorded; for example: Voyeur Shows do not record nor do Party Chat shows that earn less than 250 credits.
4. Videos must be a minimum of 4 minutes to become part of the video archives.
5. The import process may have a bottleneck and video processing is delayed. Please wait 48 hours.
6. The recording was over 1 year old and never purchased and was purged to make space for new content. Quote

Just a little side note here about F4F's video process. I have been on site for almost 5 years now and I can honestly say that only once have I not gotten video recording of a paid show over 4 minutes long. I have had them get delayed in processing on a few occasions, but just that one time it got corrupted and could not be salvaged. I must say that I really appreciate the video library I have here now, as both my favorite models of over 4 years recently went offline and their return is somewhat in question, when and if...Fortunately I can go to my vault and view at any time due to VIP membership.. That alone is worth the VIP Membership fee to me..

Thats my experience too. As far as I know, all my recordeded shows are available in my vault. (exept a few old ones from before I became VIP) It usually take less than an hour before they are available to me. Quote
