Hi,

I have a problem for a very long time. I don't receive emails (and points) when models that I follow come online. I have already contacted support, but I still have this problem.
Anyone has faced this issue and managed to solve it ?

I think I posted this in another forum post some time back. I had that problem come up once before. I contacted "LIve Support" chat line (located at bottom of this page) and told them the situation. If I remember correctly, they told me that if the notification emails are batch deleted and not opened, they will eventually stop being automatically sent. They did a reset and I went to my settings and changed my email to another email address I had, waited 24 hours and changed it back to the one I use, reset all my favorites and notification preferences and after 24-48 hours I was receiving my notifications again. I have 2 active accounts with different email addresses and it happened to both at very close to the same time. This process worked to reset both back to receiving notifications and rewards points.
I don't know if was "Live Support" or what I did that corrected the issue, but all has been good since.. That happened bout year and half, two years ago...

I will try your method. The answer of the live support was "contact support by mail". The answer when I contact support by mail was "delete cookies, clear cache, close the browser and come back"... Obviously I had already did that and it still does not work.

I did all the above, and I did what I had previously written, and it took over 24 hours for it to correct itself. More like 48 if I remember correctly.

After more than 72 hours, it still does not work. I don't understand why it is so hard to reset an account to send mail to it again...

When was the last time that you purchased credits?
If its been more than 90 days you are considered inactive. Make a purchase and they should start coming again

I didn't think of that one.. Probably because I been continuous VIP Member for over 4 years.. I think longest I ever been with buyin' credits is 4 days. 😵😁😁
