Technical Support: I thought you guys fixed VOD player????
As a VIP I purchased as a member to see ALL the delicious guy's VOD's. BUT, it seems the player is back to how it use to be : SLOW, BUFFERING ALL THE TIME, and it is really disconcerting as a VIP member as it costs a lot of money to be one.
Please do not ask me about my bandwidth, as I have the most advanced package my country has offered.
I remember that you use to receive a lot of complaints about this matter, and THEN your site did fix it, ALAS it seems it is back to SLOW, SLOW, SLOW and BUFFERING moments in ALL VOD's I have checked out.
PLEASE PLEASE CAN YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM

I don't know what has happened since you madke the VOD mobile ready, but when I play them on my desktop the sound and picture are not insnyc. I have the latest version of everything and my desktop is connected with cable. Am I missing something about how the VODs should be viewed? Thank you.
