Remeber U dont have to change who u are to be loved u are wonderful u have to tell ypurself everyday i am -love is a pricenough eless gift we can give ourselves. In a world full of distractions and external expectations, we often forget the importance of taking care of and appreciating ourselves. Cultivating self-love not only improves our relationship with ourselves, but also positively impacts our relationships with others and our overall quality of life.

In february I was in Dominican republich and it taught the self-love and how is the real happiness tooThis was without a doubt one of the most beautiful experiences in my life, which helped me understand that happiness is only moments, that it is ephemeral and that when it is felt it is from another world, to understand that loneliness is not bad in many aspects, and that if we have ourselves that is everything, I learned to love myself and value the being that I am.I promise to contain myself with tenderness and treat myself patiently with love every day, I will never abandon myself again, that is my promise??
