Feelings are a deeply unique and unrepeatable part of our lives. They may be complex, sometimes even incomprehensible, but they are what make us human. They can be a source of joy, tenderness, compassion, as well as sadness, fear and anger. But regardless of whether they are positive or negative, they mean what we live and feel. They make our lives rich and meaningful. Remember that feelings are a part of you and deserve respect and understanding. Let's appreciate them and accept them for who they are.

This is the ability to see beauty in little things, to feel harmony in the world around us. The aesthetics of beauty for me is the art of being grateful for every moment, the ability to create beauty around yourself and share it with others.
