For the past two days i have not been able to enter a chat room. I get an error massage stating: "we are sorry but your connection to chat system failed and we are unable to reconnect."
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem

3) Are you able to get into ANY rooms? Or just not some?

3) Are you able to get into ANY rooms? Or just not some?

4) Can you remember the last time you were able to get into a room and the first time it didn't work?

1 - Windows

2 - IE 10

3 - Most rooms - a few times it has "timed out" and done all rooms twice . Last time was when new promo added @ noon on Friday

4 - In most rooms . It happened before on old interface too . Slight increase of frequency the last day mostly for me .

I hope others can get there
I clear my cache on Adobe Flash Player and Disk Cleanup - OR - use CCleaner and all seems stable for several hours .

Not a real problem for me - Hope adding more information may help get a fix for others :)

i have an hp laptop using windows 8.1. My browser is Firefox37.2. I cannot get into any chat rooms and this has been going on since Thursday April 30

Chrome doesn't work for me, none of the browsers do. IE will let me see a little bit, but the page layout is all hosed up. But it's all good, I'll go spend my money on another site...

I am having same problem - I can see the model and when I type a message it appears as if I am in the chat room - models cannot see me though as never respond. This is happening in all rooms. - Surprise surprise when I tested sending a tip it worked! Only seems to have been happening since the latest promo

Ammo, I have the same problem with the models not responding to me. I thought that they were ignoring me since I have no credits in my account. It would only take me a few seconds to put credits in my account, but I'm afraid if I add credits that the model still will ignore me.

I been having the same issues on IE it works when I first get on but as show as a model goes show comes back I refresh or switch rooms its finished have emailed CS & haven't heard back for a few days & chrome nor firefox worked for me

I am having the same issue and I have messaged Support twice and have yet to get a response - poor customer service. I have already given them the information as suggested above and I am happy to supply any additional info needed to resolve this issue but nobody has contacted me. My browser (firefox) and all plugins (flash, shockwave, etc) are all up to date. Also my OS (Windows 7) is up to date. I wonder if anyone is monitoring the Inbox for Support? Or is the Inbox overwhelmed due to this issue? I am beginning to become concerned because I have, for me, what is a lot of credits and i am unable to spend them. This is a good site with a lot of functionality but it seems the recent chat update from 4/30/15 has prevented the site from working properly. I am trying this forum in an attempt to contact Support to get some assistance because my next message to Support will be asking how to obtain a refund for credits that I cannot use because the site cannot be accessed properly.

@VSJason -

Apparently there is also another issue. Your site is not getting messages from people attempting to contact you ..... you might want to also look into why my 2 messages to Support are not found.

I'm not getting replies to email anymore either I'm been really reall patient but it's getting frustrating I would have bought an used credits a couple times during these issues

Sent 4 emails to help correct information on my account with NO success -
I used "Submit Help" form and all was fixed in minutes :bowdown

I used "Submit Form" for a fan club issue and ALSO got a fast reply .

Possible Customer Service gives priority over emails . Emails for me this last year seem ignored .
Fast response TWICE in the last week show Customer Service is active and RESOLVING problems .
