Is anyone else experiencing the same problem
Can you provide us with the following information:
1) What type of computer are you using? Windows or MAC?
2) What browser are you using?
3) Are you able to get into ANY rooms? Or just not some?
4) Can you remember the last time you were able to get into a room and the first time it didn't work?

I'm having the same problem...here's my info...

Firefox 37.0.2
3) Are you able to get into ANY rooms? Or just not some?
None
4) Can you remember the last time you were able to get into a room and the first time it didn't work?
about 3 or 4 days ago.

1 - Windows
2 - IE 10
3 - Most rooms - a few times it has "timed out" and done all rooms twice . Last time was when new promo added @ noon on Friday
4 - In most rooms . It happened before on old interface too . Slight increase of frequency the last day mostly for me .
I hope others can get there
I clear my cache on Adobe Flash Player and Disk Cleanup - OR - use CCleaner and all seems stable for several hours .
Not a real problem for me - Hope adding more information may help get a fix for others Quote

I'm not getting replies to email anymore either I'm been really reall patient but it's getting frustrating I would have bought an used credits a couple times during these issues Quote

I used "Submit Help" form and all was fixed in minutes
I used "Submit Form" for a fan club issue and ALSO got a fast reply .
Possible Customer Service gives priority over emails . Emails for me this last year seem ignored .
Fast response TWICE in the last week show Customer Service is active and RESOLVING problems .
