The system divided the video into two parts: one about 9 minutes and one about 7 minutes.
Because the model was NEW, this prevented me from getting the extra 250 Flirt Reward points one gets from doing a 10+ minute video with a new model.
On top of that, if I want to watch the video again, I have to do so in two parts, which is just irritating.
Has anyone seen this glitch before? What causes it?
Can the 2 videos be merged?

Had it happen to me a few times, think it's caused when a server drops out and a backup has to pick up the slack. Don't think they can be merged unfortunately. Quote

This is false. Many of my VODs have been split in the past few months. If there is no noticeable “break” in experience, there should be no break in video. It’s a VS recording issue, not a member/model connection issue. That is BS. It has been mentioned before, and obviously nothing has been done to try to fix it since it was first mentioned.

My concern is the loss of the 250 bonus Flirt Points I got for doing a 10 minute video with a new model. That irks me. That's kinda why I risked spending the credits on the new model in the first place.

FC, be happy you at least have the entire show, albeit in two parts. I had a show broken into 6 parts and only 3 were retrieved. The ending wasn't one of them and this performer's and my schedule rarely match up. Quote

If the show itself was that long then the video shouldn’t matter.
