The new interface should be completely functional back to IE8. If you're seeing otherwise, then we definitely need to look into that. Quote

Make sure you don't click on the spinner, that is part of the HTML. Maybe an inch below it.
The flash display require flash 10.2 minimum, so I'm wondering if this is part of the problem.
If for any reason you don't get a flash menu, then it means that the HTML5 video is attempting to load and failing. Either way, we should be able to tell pretty quickly what's going on. Quote

I was using the latest version. Just so you know I was just testing it for Suggs. All my main computers run IE10 so I am good. I just realized not everyone had the latest and greatest yet.

Maybe I am the only one using it, but what about viewers who use firefox and not IE8 or 9 or 10 ?????

Just so you know, I am going to spend a good chunk of my morning testing the interface on IE8 and IE9 in case there are any other bugs or nuances in the behavior. If you have any other issues, please let me know and I should have them fixed pretty quickly.
