Ever since they have changed to this new format, I cant even see anything but a loading symbol. Anyone else having these issues?

Yup I had same issue - think in my case it's because I steadfastly stuck to Vista / IE( combo which dont support HTML5.

Works under Firefox tho - try that

@okanythony, would you mind telling me what browser and browser version you were using when you had issues connecting?

The new interface should be completely functional back to IE8. If you're seeing otherwise, then we definitely need to look into that.

I'm running Vista and IE9 and all I am getting is the loading spinny thing where the video should be and cant even see text of the chat.

Doug I have checked both a Vista computer with IE8 and Win 7 computer with IE9 and then 10 the only one that worked is IE10

Intereting. @Suggs and @LordTiger would you mind telling me which version of flash you're using? If you right click on where the video should be, a menu will pop up and it will list the flash version at the bottom of that menu.

Make sure you don't click on the spinner, that is part of the HTML. Maybe an inch below it.

The flash display require flash 10.2 minimum, so I'm wondering if this is part of the problem.

If for any reason you don't get a flash menu, then it means that the HTML5 video is attempting to load and failing. Either way, we should be able to tell pretty quickly what's going on.

still cant load it through Internet explorer 9. I went to work, and came home, and still just a spinning thing. Im not sure what else to do. I guess I can download firefox as someone said, and try that. But it always worked with internet explorer

Running Flash v12.0.7.0 here - Now if I try using new interface in IE I dont even get the loading spinner!

Back to seeing the spinny loading doodad - and can see the chat the other customers type but don't see what model is typing or her actual video feed.

I was using the latest version. Just so you know I was just testing it for Suggs. All my main computers run IE10 so I am good. I just realized not everyone had the latest and greatest yet.

Ok, we are currently running down some IE9 issues that seem to be causing similar effects to what you described Suggs. Thank you for the feedback so far guys, it has been integral in my investigation of this bug.

Maybe I am the only one using it, but what about viewers who use firefox and not IE8 or 9 or 10 ?????

Just so you know, I am going to spend a good chunk of my morning testing the interface on IE8 and IE9 in case there are any other bugs or nuances in the behavior. If you have any other issues, please let me know and I should have them fixed pretty quickly.
