The reason we need to know what performers are having issues is so that we can identify what version of the chat software theyre using. The only way we can move forward is to know what performers are having the issue. I would suggest emailing or calling Customer Service and letting them know which performers are having issues OR ask the performer to call/email us directly. Quote

I know models that use the program based performer application don't loose their settings from previous sessions as they are stored in the program not the web browsers cookies. So really my only advice to models using the web performer application is not to clear their cookies, use private mode on browsers and use system cleaning applications or for the site to make sure the cookies used to store the settings are not expiring prematurely.
You do need to let the site staff know the room names that have this problem so they can check what the performers are using and what could be causing it. Quote
