I'm sorry you were receiving the promo emails. You should only be receiving exactly what you selected in your email preferences. I dug into why you stopped receiving ALL mail. We received 3 unsubscribe requests from your email provider. When you started getting the promo emails you may have clicked "report spam" either intentional or accidentally. In any case, we are setup with all the email providers that if someone marks our messages as "junk" or "spam" the email provider will notify us so we can remove the email address from our mailing list. If we receive 1 request, the user will not receive further mailings. If you're still having issues, contact customer service or post an update here and we'll get to the bottom of it. We want to ensure you receive only the mail you sign up to receive.

You're correct about the bounces. I checked and do not see any record of a bounce from your email address. Have you tried to look at your online notifications under your "My Account" section? We added a new feature recently that may allow you to restore some notifications. Go here and see if you see a list of your models:

You were sent an online notification this morning at exactly Jan 22 04:36:09 ( EST ), can you confirm?
I also see that you were sent another promo email this morning, that should not have been sent to you unless subscriptions settings were changed during the time the promo was sent out. I know this is frustrating but we will get to the bottom of it, thanks for your patience.
