I have not changed my Newsletter Subscriptions nor Email Address in years. I only want Inbox Mail notifications and model online notifications and NOT the Promos/Third Party etc. Everything was working fine for years until about a week ago that I started receiving Flirt emails about Discounts and Promos. I checked my subscriptions and that box is still unchecked. Emailed Customer Support, they did their thing and said those would stop. But then I stopped receiving ALL notifications altogether. Emailed Customer Support again, now they're saying that my email provider is bouncing back their emails. So I made sure I filter all @vs.com emails straight into my inbox. My subscriptions are still the same. Now, I get back the model notifications again but so are the Discount and Promo emails. Checked my subscription again, and this box is still unchecked. So, more than a week later, I'm back to the original problem. What's the point of having a check box if I can only have ALL of the emails or NONE at all? One week with customer service and I'm back at square one. I don't know why I started getting these emails when they are unmarked on my subscriptions in the first place.

I'm sorry you were receiving the promo emails. You should only be receiving exactly what you selected in your email preferences. I dug into why you stopped receiving ALL mail. We received 3 unsubscribe requests from your email provider. When you started getting the promo emails you may have clicked "report spam" either intentional or accidentally. In any case, we are setup with all the email providers that if someone marks our messages as "junk" or "spam" the email provider will notify us so we can remove the email address from our mailing list. If we receive 1 request, the user will not receive further mailings. If you're still having issues, contact customer service or post an update here and we'll get to the bottom of it. We want to ensure you receive only the mail you sign up to receive.

I don't think these ones bounced back since they are still currently sitting on my inbox folder. Then last night, the CS Manager (Jason) emailed me saying that it was his fault that I'm receiving the promo emails and that those should stop now. Well, they have stopped but again, back to receiving NONE of the notifications.

You're correct about the bounces. I checked and do not see any record of a bounce from your email address. Have you tried to look at your online notifications under your "My Account" section? We added a new feature recently that may allow you to restore some notifications. Go here and see if you see a list of your models:

Perhaps you could try resetting the whole thing. First, un-select everything and save the changes. Then turn off subscriptions and save. Then turn on subscriptions again and save, then select only what you want and save one last time.

I do not know if it will work, but at this point, it can't hurt, can it?

You were sent an online notification this morning at exactly Jan 22 04:36:09 ( EST ), can you confirm?
I also see that you were sent another promo email this morning, that should not have been sent to you unless subscriptions settings were changed during the time the promo was sent out. I know this is frustrating but we will get to the bottom of it, thanks for your patience.
