Technical Support: black sceens
what's up with all the black screens? i know it isn't just me because the models are complaining about it. refreshing doesn't help. the models have to log off or go on break mode and then back on.

...I've had a lot of that also. I can chat but no video. Just a black screen. I'ts happening too often.
Is this now the "normal?" It's the weekend, but don't you have techs on hand to trouble shoot and correct the problem?

Having that same problem myself but with certain rooms it's never a problem. Very curious to hear from tech support now that I know it's not a problem on my end.
