Technical Support: cant go back into pvt on new intf

I was in a pvt(using new interface) and it ended because time ran out. I added more credits and tried to go pvt again but it never changed the timer from - - - and after 30 secs or more got a message saying I couldn't be added to the room. Tried again and got the same thing. Refreshed the free chat page and tried again. Same thing. Logged out and back in. Then it worked. Running chrome on win7. Never had that problem on the old interface.

I agree with your assessment. Using the new interface, the video feed frequently goes dark for a second or two before returning. I have frequently had to switch to the old interface.

Yeah, I've seen the video feed black out for a second during pvts too, and then it jumps ahead to catch up. Now that you mention it I've seen it on several performers and all on the new interface. The video is normal in the VOD.

Also the new interface seems to pretty consistently keep the video stream up for 20 secs after time runs out in pvt. I think there is a timeout that kills it, but it may be that the performer intervenes. The last 20 seconds don't show up on VOD and I'm not sure if the performer is aware of it or not.

Fuck that new interface - even if you are aware of those "hours" new interface needs to switch back to regular room and you try to whisper that last words are not for public eyes - it does not accept whispers for that time.

This isn't something we were aware of. I will try to identify this source of this problem and get it fixed.

I have advised that I have had a consistent problem with the new interface. I make an offer, go private, start typing and then the interface kicks me out and I loose my credits. It also kicks me out if I start in the new interface and click the "use old interface" button. I would like to have an option just to turn off the new interface which I don't really like anyway.

My last 2 pvts have been using new look chat interface and roughly 30 seconds after starting pvt the interface seems to dump me back out of pvt - While keeping the interface up - meaning other chatters comment appear in the "pvt" - puckily befoe it totally dumps me into the room I have been able to mash the "use old interface" button - the go back into pvt and then enjoy the 1 on 1. Only other issue is every so often a hiccup on the video feed and get a couple of frames of just green video.
An option NEEDS to be on the popup when entering account details when going pvt of wether you want to us new or old interface. At least until ALL bugs are sorted. Quote
