Are we any further on with this. Your acknowledgement of the screeenshots said you were close to solving the problem. However there has been no change. I have further ascertained that despite it being a blank page the model in the room does see me in his application as being signed in and in his room.
Appreciate you have been unable to replicate the fault so maybe some other members may like to help by trying to log in to their account whilst viewing in an open room and see if they get a blank screen that has to be refreshed to re-open the model's room. Quote

Same here when on ipad - on computer however I don't have any problem

I do apologize for the delayed reply. To fix this issue is a large project and one we plan on tackling, but it doesn't have a quick solution. We can keep you updated on the progress of this bug fix. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.
