Technical Support: broken link
I have been attempting to access VOD page for Sharlene Stone. Each time I try, I am instead sent to the chat room. This happened on several attempts from the link on her profile page and again when I went to Search Models and used the Videos link I reached there. (Firefox Daylight 33)

As a matter of standard practice for more than a decade, I clear everything from my browser at the end of every session and often will do so when I finish with one site and am aboit to go to another site. I am also using the strictest security settings available in the Firefox Daylight 33 browser. (Before you ask, the site works fine with those settings. ... And I still follow the manual clearing policy described above just to be sure.)

I have noticed the same issue only during the past 24 hours. I clear my cache a couple of times a week and cookies every couple of months. Upon seeing this thread I cleared both and tested. I was in a model's room, went up to her profile drop down, selected her videos. The video pop up appeared showing approximately 6 video screenshots and the option to see More Videos. When I clicked More Videos it appeared as if it was going to take me to her VOD page then redirected me to her chat room in a new window.
This is something new, it wasn't doing this a couple of days ago.

I should have mentioned before that this was the first time I had ever been to this lady’s pages so there should not have been anything related to her material in my browser’s history.

This has been fixed. When you click the "More Videos" button, the model's VOD page should open in a new tab. One thing to note, your browser may have cached the previous redirect. If you are still having issues with the button, try clearing your browser cache.
If you are still having issues after clearing your cache, please email Customer Service with details.

Searched Adele Holter and clicked the videos button on the search result page. Instead directed to chat room. Quote

Link is still working fine for me. I think the problem you are having is she doesn't have any videos available to view and you happened to click while she was online, thus taking you directly to her room which it does.

Yes, but if she is online at the time, it takes you directly to her page. I tested this before I posted and she was not online and it gave me this message

Try it and see if it does the same for you. But if you do it when she is broadcasting it takes you to her page, I've tested it dozens of times, that is how it normally works.
