Technical Support: view rooms A-Z
When I click on "view rooms A-Z", it doesn't work. The rooms do not realign in alphabetical order. Can this be fixed? Thanks.

We have tested that feature and we did not find any issues please try a different browser and advise if the issue still persists.

We were able to successfully test it out on Chrome without any issues. What type of device are you on? Also, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache from Chrome?

I'm on a laptop with Windows 10. I cleared the cookies / cache and it worked the first time I tried it. Then, the next time I logged onto the site, I clicked on view A to Z and it didn't work again. Do I really have to clear my cookies / cache each time I use this site? That should not be necessary.

Another issue that sometimes arises with models A-Z happens if you choose "Show on 1 page" you only see the first 200 models, that's alright if less than 200 are on but now more often than not there is somewhere between 210 and 250 so some of the newer models with names beginning towards the arse-end of the alphabet might not get any traffic.
I mean how difficult is changing the code that displays all on 1 page to be amended from 200 to I dunno 400? Quote

are you clicking on the blue box next to A-Z? that will not work, you have to click on the text to the right so click on A-Z works for me no problem.
