Technical Support: Videos to be Purged
Can you please give more accurate timings about when the videos scheduled to be purged (as announced last month) is likely to happen.
It was stated that 'current' vip members were safe from having their videos removed. Does this mean only those who were vip members on the date the announcement was made or does it also include those who have become vip members since.
I want to be sure that if I were to become a vip member, videos I directed prior to 2014 will be safe, and want to know how much time we have left to ensure this.

Thank you for posting in our forums! If a customer purchases VIP now, not when the video is recorded, the videos will be saved. As of right now the Purge is scheduled to commence on 07/18/2019.

Thank you for posting in our forums! If a customer purchases VIP now, not when the video is recorded, the videos will be saved. As of right now the Purge is scheduled to commence on 07/18/2019.

Damn Albe, that really sucks! I know you had some very special memories from back then with some of our dear old friends, and I'm very sad that they are now truly ONLY memories, even though you followed the clearly given public instructions to supposedly save them.

I would appreciate a clearer explanation regarding my situation. I was VIP during part of 2014 and 2015. My favorite model stopped camming, and I stopped my VIP membership in 2015. This month I signed up for VIP again, mainly to see what was there, then I will probably drop VIP again. So what of mine will be purged and what won't?

Face up with vods gone - and that there are 58 more for you to be gone forever - was same for me too.
It made me do my decision - if everyone does , maybe one day flirt for free is going to notice that they should do service to us and not vice versa.

I also lost a large number of shows from my early days and as VIP we are not taken seriously. When I asked customer service what happened they even still replied that all VIP member shows are safe from purge.

24 hours later and another batch of videos purged despite being VIP, this time customer service said everything older then a year will be purged and there will be no compensation for the useless VIP membership. Terrible service and communication with regard to this issue.

212 videos were purged yesterday before we discovered the error. The purge has been stopped. Not just for VIP, but for all members until we can adjust the code.
