As Ashlee wrote, we are aware of the issue as it is related to a denial of service attack on our network that started late last night. We are currently defending against the increased traffic; the counter-measures are what add some slowness to connecting. We hope to have everything restored to the normal speed that you expected very soon. Thanks for your patience.

Oh well ...
I was in a scheduled show, type group show, 45 min planned.
After some 30 min we all get kicked out.
I log out, log in, only 6 performers showing online.
I wait a moment, they are back, now a 10 cpm multiuser ... they have lost all group show pledges and it was - as always! - a quality show.

Was the VOD blue PREVIEW button disabled/turned off to help decrease the load on the system during the DoS attack?
Now that the system seems back to normal, could the VOD blue PREVIEW button be re-enabled/turned on?

Yes, the preview feature has been intentionally disabled temporarily. We have some code to adjust before we can make it functional again. We're sorry for any inconvenience. In the meantime, you can still scroll through the storyboards by hovering over the thumbnail.
