As Valerie said, webcam models usually can find out, who sends anonymous gifts. When webcam models aren't on, people can send them like that, too.
They can see gifts - but not anonymous tipped candies.
Same bug was for halloween pimpkins.
Now they fixed the bug

Apologies, it was fixed right after we posted about it being worked on. If there are models still experiencing this issue please have them alert the monitor in their room or email broadcastsupport with details.
